• Job applications: your name, contact details, the role you are interested in and anything you tell us about your experience.

Please do not include medical details in a request. If dispatch needs more information to arrange a ride, they will ask you by phone.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.

• To respond to your request and arrange transportation.
• To contact you about a ride, a standing order or an application.
• To keep records of the requests we receive.
• To protect the website from misuse.
• To meet legal and regulatory requirements.

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking, and it does not build a profile of your browsing. If that changes, this notice will be updated before it does.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers that host this website and deliver its email, under confidentiality obligations.
• With health plans, transportation brokers and facilities when needed to arrange or verify a ride you have requested.
• When the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our passengers, staff or the public.
• As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business.

If you request a ride on behalf of another person, please make sure you are permitted to share their information with us.

This site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to submitted requests is limited to the staff who need it. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so if you would rather not send details online, please call us instead.

LGM Transport, Inc. does not sell your personal information, and this website does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents, and residents of other states with similar laws, may still ask us to confirm this, to tell them what information we hold about them, or to delete it.
